Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Before Shipment

Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

If payment has already been processed, refunds will be issued after cancellation approval.
